Download our latest Dayspace Podcast built around the format used in our Mixspace and Sayspace groups. Every week we will introduce a new topic. Some podcasts are discussion-based sessions where we will provide facts, play a short quiz and have a few laughs along the way. Other podcasts are information based allowing listeners to have their own discussions with the people around them.

The Dayspace Podcasts are suitable for all. We have provided a link to a ‘listen only’ mp3 version suitable for those who are visually impaired and an mp4 version which is accompanied by a slide show for those who prefer a more visual experience.
